Published is an incredibly gastronomic experience. The food is exceptional with all plates prepared immaculately and having unique and very pleasing flavours. Service is outstanding and Nina was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. This was our third visit to published over the course of 2 years and it’s exceptionality is consistent.

Absolutely beautiful evening at Published on Main. 10 course tasting menu was out of this world. You will be very full after, be prepared. Wine pairings were spot on as well.

We had an incredible experience this past weekend. The food and service was exceptional. The staff was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings. They were able to help navigate the menu for dietary restrictions and helped put together a fantastic meal. One of our top culinary experiences in the Vancouver area. We will be back on future trips to the West Coast.
