    Our tasting menu experience is dynamic and ever-changing; due to the nature of the menu, we are not able to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding allergies, dietaries and we would be more than happy to help. This is a 2.75 hour dining experience for tables of 2 - 3 and 3 hours for tables of 4. Tasting menus are fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to your reservation. Please note that all gift card payments for the Tasting Menu must be organized prior to booking, any refunds made on the evening are subjected to a 7% service charge.

    Wow what a great overall experience at Published! They literally do everything well. Did the Al la carte menue and the food was excellent, service outstanding, cocktails perfectly crafted and atmosphere had just the right vibe. Can’t wait to come back. Published has a great team of people that deliver.

    Wonderful service. Amazing attention to detail from all the staff. Solid food, but having been to many Michelin star restaurants.. the food here is very good and well thought out.. but maybe half the dishes are not “blow you away” level. And odd.. no offer of coffee at the end of the meal.

    We celebrated my birthday at Published on Main, and the experience was absolutely exceptional. The warm and welcoming service started right at the entrance. The restaurant itself isn’t very large but accommodates many tables comfortably. Our servers provided us with numerous recommendations, and both of them were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I’m always curious about the dishes that earn a restaurant its Michelin recognition. When I asked, the staff recommended the Wagyu beef, scallop, winter squash, and smoked & candied sablefish. We followed their suggestions and ordered our meal and drinks. Initially, I was concerned that the portions (smaller compared to regular restaurants) might not be filling, but the food was so flavorful and satisfying that it exceeded my expectations. Each dish was beautifully presented and explained to us, turning the meal into a delightful, almost theatrical experience. At the end, the restaurant surprised us with a thoughtful gift—a small bag of chocolate sweets and a gift card for our next visit, which we’re already planning.

    We ordered six plates to share between the two of us. The dishes arrived at the table a few at a time, allowing us to enjoy each flavorful meal without feeling rushed. The food was delicious, and the price was well worth the value. The drinks were also amazing; of the four we ordered, the Normandy Sour was my favorite, but you really can’t go wrong with any of them. My favorite dishes were the smoked and candied sablefish and the chicken fried maitake (which is a fried mushroom, not chicken). We are definitely planning another visit to Published on Main!

    Spectacular food combined with top-notch service. Stand out dishes were the sablefish, gnocchi, and bison. Value is subjective but I plan to return to this excellent establishment.
