   It was a fabulous recommendation from a local tour operator. Would come back to Colorado Springs just to eat here! Above and beyond expectations!

   We were there for a special Santa breakfast event, so maybe your experience will differ if you’re just eating there at a normal dining time. But WOW this was the most overpriced event I think I’ve ever been to, and I live in Denver so I know overpriced events. The buffet food was mediocre at best, and for the 40$ a piece for adults there’s just no way to make up that money in eggs and overdone bacon. They also are very deceptive in how much it costs, because they charge you a “reservation fee” per person which sure seemed like it would be the whole cost of the event because the price was so high. But then no, they charge you the “remainder” when you get there, so it doubles the price. Then they ask for 20%+ for a tip, which for us was $40 for bringing us water (coffee was on the buffet). In other words, total rip off. Will not be doing this again.

   The service was fantastic! Huge projection screen for watching sports. The food was delicious- so much better than what you expect at a hotel. We will eat here again.

   We had Thanksgiving dinner and it was amazing!!! The food and service was excellent and would recommend. My son was not able to join because he was sick. I asked if I can pay for a small carry out of turkey and mashed potatoes to take home to him. The waitress was so embarrassed to report the manager said NO, they can pay another $50 if they want a meal. Not the Hilton way.

   Amazing, accommodating staff took care of our business mixer during a conference with ease. From expanding our table to pre-ordering apps, friendly service and quality food, the Hilton Prospect's team deserves a 🙌🙌🙌.

   Loved the service and chips and guacamole. Salsa too sweet. Loved the Colorado bowl with skirt steak but Budda bowl. Nope. Bland. Great components but no seasonings? But pleasant meal during a stay at the Hilton
