Really cool place with amazing drinks. We had so much fun ordering from their book themed menu and the drink we ended up with came in a cute tea pot with tea cups and it tasted amazing. Such a cool concept, can’t wait to go back!

Our server was excellent! We only stayed for one drink because we had other plans, but we enjoyed our visit to Proof!

Delicious cocktails and great advice from our server. Nice ambiance - we had an early pre-dinner drink and the bar was cozy and lovely.
