   Delicious and well worth the price. Everything was perfect - you simply must try the scallops with bacon jam! Steak was also cooked just right. Marko was also an absolutely phenomenonal addition to the table!

   Great ambience, great views. We celebrated our anniversary there. Food was amazing, portions were reasonable. The Australian Wagyo was delicious and enough to share. Definitely worth it

   Booked a falls view table for an anniversary dinner. The dinner reservation cost extra ( I forget how much) . We were seated by a window and could see the falls, but mainly just saw the reflection of the gigantic Ferris wheel because we were seated on the side of the restaurant facing the fallsview Sheraton. Nice, but I would have expected a much better table for the price and the special occasion. The drinks were great (Canadian Old Fashioned and a Creamsicle Martini). Service was terrible, I never felt so ignored in my life at a “high end” restaurant. Meals were brought by a runner and server never once checked in until we were done. Bread dish remained empty after the first rolls were consumed (they were fantastic) but server never came around to clear the bread dish or to offer more bread. Overall my wife’s meal was pretty good (salmon) I had the 10 oz tenderloin which was tasty, but very salty. Had a baked potato side which was also loaded with salt—par for course on skin—but flesh was also very salty. Since I aged a year waiting for our server to come by we passed on desert. Overall not a great experience at Niagara’s #1 rated restaurant.

   Our experience at Prime Steakhouse was disappointing at best. The view is the nicest part. We were greeted and sat immediately for our reservation. It went downhill from there. Server/service was ridiculously slow. We ordered drinks and had them in hand 15 min after we sat down. Then ordered dinner. Soup and salad came pretty quickly but both were disappointing. Never had wedge salad that tasted simply like mayo or lobster chowder with no lobster. Over 90 minutes later, after watching server hang out and chit chat with diners around us, I finally told her I wanted the check and we were ready to leave. Manager came over and told us he would ‘see what was going on’. Another 5 minutes later, our food arrived. Cold. Manager told us he would take 50% off the bill. I didn’t want 50% off the bill. I wanted to leave and not eat our cold food. Evidently this was not an option and I was not looking to cause a scene. We add our cold and overcooked steaks (ordered ribeye and surf/turf). Will say that the little lobster tail that came with the surf and turf was well-cooked. Soooo… almost 2 hours later we had a crappy meal that set us back over $250 after they discounted the check. Date night was a bust and I would never recommend this place. Waffle House type of service, best up tables, and mediocre food at best. Go to the Old Stone Inn. No view of the falls but amazing food and service.

   Excellent food however found it a wee pricey in the sense of adding sides at an extra cost. James is most amazing and in how he treats the guests with ultimate grace and respect.

   The steaks at this steak house is terrible. If you are looking for dry over cooked meat that is your place!

    Very good food, some people say overrated but it was worth it in my opinion. Portion sizes of sides are great, we ordered less than planned and still left with plenty to take back to our hotel room. The Australian wagyu was good for the price, and the view is spectacular if you get a window table (guaranteed if you pay a little extra, in the fall there are fewer people so you may not have to reserve that). Overall a great dinner and the service was very good. If you ask for wine pairings they will give a small flight for you to try at no charge. Cheers!
