   Food was average for a steakhouse which is their speciality . Bit of a mix up with orders on steak with different plate ups . The waiting was overly long in general . Restaurant decor and ambiance was beautiful and relaxing . Staff were very polite and accommodating. We knew it was newly opened a couple of weeks so taught the teething problems would be figured out by the time we had our booking , but I got a vibe that there was still some confusion and delays . Family party of 6 .

   Absoutely fantastic. Had lunch on Sunday, 5 people. Service exceptional, friendly, efficient, professional, helpful & set the tone for the day. Food was just fabulous, a great menu, we had a really good selection of dishes among the group & each dish was 10/10. Restaurant is really comfortable, lovely atmosphere & ambiance. Will definitely be back & would highly recommend. Wish everyone at Prime Steakhouse every success. 😋🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

   From the moment we walked into *Prime Steakhouse*, we knew we were in for something special. The atmosphere was refined yet welcoming, the kind of place where every detail is thoughtfully curated and the highlight of it all? The steak. Hands down, one of the best I've ever had. Perfectly seared, juicy, and full of deep, rich flavor, it was cooked exactly to order and melted in every bite. But as impressive as the food was, the service took the experience to a whole new level especially thanks to Lucian. He was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings, and truly made us feel like VIPs. Lucian’s professionalism and warmth added a personal touch that made our evening memorable. If you’re looking for a top-tier steakhouse with world-class service, look no further than Prime.    We celebrated my husbands birthday with a fab lunch around 3pm. I chose prawn linguine and Ben had sirloin steak. It was a delicious meal. We both had beer but I declined dessert while Ben had his favourite - applev tart and ice cream. A very enjoyable afternoon.

    Another great meal today. Staff so friendly and we just enjoyed our table where we were. Looking forward to Coming back .
