   Very disappointed with this restaurant. Used the Open Table app to make reservation and put specific details in the notes section. Wife and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and hardly ever get to go out, so I asked for a romantic private table. When we arrived I advised the host that we had a reservation and he put us right by the front door next to the bar and an open table of about 6-8 guests. The music was loud and not romantic and there were kids running around the dining area. Our waiter came to give us water and give us menus and didn’t return after 10 minutes. There were weird blacks stains on the white linen too. Overall a bad experience.

   The one thing that took away from the experience was the music. Given the elegant setting, I was expecting something sophisticated and subtle to match the atmosphere. Instead, the playlist felt oddly out of place especially with their spotify ads, making it feel more like an average restaurant than the high-end experience it aimed to be. It was distracting, and at times with the noise level, even made it difficult to immerse myself fully in the atmosphere. If they reconsider the music selection to better align with their otherwise upscale vibe, this place would be flawless.

   Our server was very knowledgeable and efficient.. He knew the menu and exactly what to recommend. He contributed to our enjoyment of a delicious meal.

   Fact is our server didn’t introduce himself or really tend to us in the sense of conversation. I don’t know if this is what they’re supposed to do but every interaction was awkward. I don’t know his name so really I can’t state who it was but i can say it was an older gentleman with glasses. I consider myself a great tipper and a nice guy so I’ll even leave 20% without the best of service. Last night was a different story though, I really didn’t feel satisfied with the service here specially considering the prices and ambience I’m supposed to be getting for my money. I believe my tip was somewhere around 8%. Maybe some staff training, and turning up the AC would do you all better business wise. The place was like a furnace.

   Always great food. Prices had gone up but whats new. Excellent service and atmosphere. Chef and staff super nice. Will continue going back.

   The food was great and somehow the service was even better. Can’t wait to visit again and try other things from the menu. I had the house salad and the Wellington.

    Beef Wellington was phenomenal !!! We love to go to dinner at Prime food and service are impeccable
