   Unfortunately, this restaurant has lost its appeal. My wife was surprised that I even reserved it since the manager changed. The service was propped up by the former manager, Felix. He was super attentive and very focused on service to customers. He treated us like we were coming to his home each time we came to dine. He would call us by name every time we would visit and would always come to make sure we were well satisfied with the food and service. This level of hospitality is now lost. The new manager is not even close to the caliber of Felix. The service today was terribly slow, the server we had was less than attentive for this price point and a 18% service charge. The food was the saving grace but it was served much too slowly. The sea bass and the stuffed cod were very good. The drinks were even too slow.

   SO I go here quite often The brunches every 3rd Sunday The oak room weekly Prime restaurant often which I always enjoy , always This evening was just so disappointing esp bringing my mother wanted to bring her Tom enjoy what I would hope would be A beautiful experience. The waitress was nice but the table in front of us came after us . Got service the whole night While we got 3 baskets of bread because our food order took awhile because she was so attentive my guess maybe potential extra tip or regulars IDK Our food took so long we had extra bread to chew on .. I always have nothing but the best to say about prime Never asked if we’re desert or coffee my mother in law would if lived a cup of tea .. For this reason I can’t say it was a good experience with wanting it to be an exceptional night for her .. Oh and the water girl .. tell Her to put on a smile. Every time I go she looks like she’s miserable . I’m sorry for this review but I hope this helps with at least to note that when you just see your table sitting there and ready to order you just don’t ignore because the other table might have clout or something.

   The waitress was awesome, the guy playing guitar was wicked good and the food was incredible. Every time I go to Sky Meadow I leave thinking “how are they gonna top that?” .. and they do, which is why we keep going back.

   Everything was top notch!! Expensive but worth the price. Sat at the bar and the bartenders were attentive and friendly. Can’t wait to go back

   We had an amazing experience...our server Davita was amazing and funny. the food runner so sweet and interested in our experience and the gm Steven...just amazing and attentive

   On par with the best Boston restaurants. Great service and cuisine. Cocktails like Smoky Meadow will not get in Boston.
