I’m writing to express my disappointment with our recent visit. We made a 4:45 PM reservation through OpenTable specifically for the executive lunch special, yet the experience was nothing short of frustrating and poorly handled. After arriving on time (despite calling ahead to notify you of being only 5–10 minutes late), we were seated at 4:50 PM. At 5:00 PM, the waiter informed us that the lunch menu had ended at 3:00 PM. Later, the manager claimed it ended at exactly 5:00 PM. By the time we finished speaking with the manager, it was 5:15 PM, and we left, having wasted our time without being able to order what we came for. Offering a 4:45 PM reservation for a menu that ends at 5:00 PM is ridiculous and shows a blatant lack of consideration for your customers. If the kitchen is strict about cutting off orders at a certain time, it’s unacceptable that this wasn’t communicated when we called ahead or during the reservation process. This level of mismanagement and poor communication is unacceptable for a restaurant of your caliber. I hope you seriously reconsider how you handle reservations, menu cutoffs, and customer service moving forward. This experience has left a bad impression, and unless improvements are made, we will not be returning.

Great experience! We had the happy hour menu and then finished our drinks having a cigar in the outdoor patio. We had a wonderful time and great food! The service was impeccable

From the valet to the hostess to the wait staff, back waiters and everyone there, the service was amazing. And the food was incredible. The chopped salad, crab cake, scallops and filet were insanely good. And the smores dessert was delicious. So good.

The noise level in this place made it nearly impossible to hear my friend, and unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the price tag. To make matters worse, the service was subpar—specifically, our waiter, Antony. It was incredibly difficult to even locate him, and he hardly checked in on us throughout the meal. What really pushed me to write this review, though, was the interaction at the end. My friend and I spent around $170 for two people, and I tipped 18%. Antony’s response? In front of us, he said, "Wow, you must be really unsatisfied with the food here," in a sarcastic tone. I found that to be incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Given this experience, I won’t be returning. If you're looking for a good dining experience, I highly recommend considering other options.

Es importante mencionar que si haces tu reservación después de las nueve de la noche te cobran un 18% más de la cuenta más el 4% de un impuesto más el tax normal, entonces terminas pagando el doble de la cuenta, tómalo en cuenta cuando hagas tu reservación para que no te tome por sorpresa en tu presupuesto, además, teníamos la reservación a las nueve de la noche, esperamos en un promedio 20 minutos, sin embargo, la aplicación nos dice que el restaurante nos espera a nosotros, solamente 5 minutos, en resumen, sólo toma en cuenta que la cuenta puede llegar a ser el doble de lo previsto.
