   Consider it a Las Vegas experience. The food was really good, but not worth the price. We left there still hungry, despite ordering an appetizer, steak, sides and drinks.

   Service was amazing. Our Server Michael was knowledgeable and General Manager Tiny was gracious. Tiny saw that me and my Lady were having difficulty conversing with each other due to the noise level. He took it upon himself to seat us at the neighboring table next to each other. He set up the placings, water and seats. Very cool.. Thank you Michael and Tiny.

   Our waiter ( I believe name was Dominic) and manager Tiny made our experience very special. Food, service, and ambiance was amazing.

   I was so excited to try this for mine and my husbands birthday dinner celebration with friends. I’ll start with the positives: the ambiance is immersive and unique, electric violin player was awesome, the food was mostly good. Now the reasons for my 2 star rating: from the time we ordered it took an hour and 20 min to get our food, some of our plates were luke warm (had been sitting), the manager was not helpful when we told him we had been waiting so long, we had told our server we had a show to catch and had to leave at a certain time and he made no effort to accommodate or inform us that the kitchen was so behind (or we would have just left before we even ordered). Overall I felt like this was a bit of a tourist trap and I feel misled by Trip Advisor

    We had a great dining experience, recommend to anyone considering Primal to give it a go. Portions are large, food quality and taste were fantastic, service was top tier (Melia) and prices while high, aren’t out of line at all for what you get. And the drinks were creative and tasty.
