Dawn is the US East Director for a Bordeaux Negociant Compagnie Medocaine des Grands Crus (“CMGC”)-representing a wide array of Grand Cru Classe Bordeaux . Dawn has over twenty years’ experience in the wine industry representing some of the best in class domestic and imported fine wines portfolios. We will be featuring 4 wines with hand curated pairings by our Executive Chef Billy Zeko.     Beautifully decorated, and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Not a place you’d go if you’re looking for a super romantic setting, but perfect for a Friday night date or a group of friends! We started with the crudité & pita…all 4 of the dips were great! Also had a 1/2 dozen oysters and again the sauces were excellent. We ordered the rack of lamb “for the table” and a side of risotto. The lamb was absolutely perfect!! I wanted to gnaw on the bones but somehow restrained myself. The risotto was tasty but slightly too al dente. For dessert we did the rolled baklava…another hit!!! Chris, our server, was fantastic. He took time to stop and actually carry on a conversation which is so rare these days. The only con of the night was the menu itself. Between the lighter color of the print, plus the teeny scale of the font, I had to take pictures on my phone then blow them up to be able to read the menu. I noticed others struggling to read it as well. Why make it difficult to order? There were plenty of other things on the menu we want to try. We’ll be back and this time I’ll bring my 2.0 readers. 😂

    Really the perfect balance. Great food and service. By no means over the top, but not inexpensive. Only been there once but on my top 2 or 3 favorites in Tampa.

    I introduced a client to Predalina this week, and everyone enjoyed it very much. The food was amazing -- very fresh and unique. I love the aesthetic of the restaurant.

    Great food, fab service. Ricky was wonderful. Bar could stay open a little later for farewell nightcap. Went for our 28th year in a row anniversary and we weren’t disappointed. Just fabulous

    The service is amazing and the place is decorated very beautifully. The potato stroma appetizer was great, aswell as the brussel sprouts side dish. Unfortunately, the halibut lacked flavor and the dish felt overall too acidic, lacking salt and sweet elements.

    The food was DIVINE. everything we ordered was incredible- especially the wagyu kabob and Smokey potatoes….. the ambience made us feel like we were transported to Italy- the service at the bar and table were both friendly and attentive.

    Amazing meal. The tuna crudo was beyond. The zucchini chips crisp and very tasty. The 1899 kebab is a must. Will definitely be back.
