Posto 31 strives for the harmony among quality-driven food, professional service, nuanced craft cocktails and the comfort of a neighborhood gathering place.

Our Italian-inspired menu features pastas made each day, seasonal vegetables, items to share and variety to please any palate. We have built this house for you, for your taste buds, for your families and for ours.

Please note:
Reservations of 7 or more guests require a credit card to hold the reservation. In the event that you do need to cancel, we ask that it is 24hr notice. Cancelation or a No-Show within the 24hr time frame will result in a $40 per guest charge for everyone that does not dine with us.

Our patio is open only if the weather permits. If you have an outside table reserved and the weather changes - we will do our very best to accommodate your party, but space indoors is not guaranteed.

BYOB is not permitted in any restaurant in La Grange Park, therefore we are unable to accommodate CORKAGE.

Our server, Tory had a wonderful attitude and was ver attentive. She made our dinner experience more enjoyable. The white fish with shrimp was heavenly. I will be back.

Always love going to this restaurant. The food is outstanding, and the service is right on. We never feel rushed, the waitress and actually everyone seemed to really enjoy their job and were very polite.

Most of the food was very good - calamari, white fish, crab cakes, ricotta toast. However, my "short ribs" with gnocchi was late to the table and seemed like some cut up pot roast. The gnocchi and sauce were good, but I don't know if the kitchen was too busy or what, but if those were short ribs, they weren't well cooked. Service was very good on a very busy night. I would go back and try other things.

We were in a few weeks ago and had to come back for the Seared Tuna. We tried the Pasta A La Posto for the first time this visit too. Amazing. Our server Liz was amazing and made a point to visit with us as well as take care of our order. The food and staff at Posto 31 creates an experience far beyond anywhere else we dine. Chef Jason is a mastermind. We’ll be back and soon.

Such a wonderful local restaurant. The staff are outstanding and the food is always perfect. I'm gluten free and finding a good Italian restaurant with actually good pasta is always a challenge. Posto 31 is the exception!
