   Food is just not well prepared. Had high hopes given website highlighting fresh ingredients and menu sounds better than how the actual food tastes. French toast was doughy in the middle, bland and not crisp on the outside. Uninspired pancakes. Salmon Benedict was not tasty. Coffee might as well be from the gas station. This meal was the first in a very long time, where I needed something better to counteract how disappointing it was.

   We were able to change our reservation at the last minute and we were served our food quickly. The server was very accommodating of our two granddaughters.

   Food very good but potatoes were barely warm. Price a bit high. Sorry to see it wasn’t very busy. Hope it was just a slow Monday. I will definately come in again.

   Portage Bay’s food is always awesome. Additionally, the staff was incredibly responsive and accommodating of our larger group reservation for a low key baby shower brunch. Thanks so much for enabling a wonderful celebration!

   Delicious food and large servings! Very busy, as always, but the loudest noise was the music - definitely best for smaller groups so you can hear each other

   Food was great. Service was great. Had made a reservation so was seated right away. It was a weekday and we arrived at 11 AM. Soon after we were seated, the noise level was so high that my friend and I could not hear each other, not a word. Being that it was close to one and a half hours until served, it was not a great experience.
