This is mine and my boyfriend’s favourite restaurant! The food is amazing and the drinks are lovely, we had a great night thank you!

Delicious meal with excellent hosts! The cocktails were gorgeous. We had the pierogi (100/10) and krokiet starter - both delicious (but filling :D) and then the sea bass and schnitzel mains with sauerkraut side. I have a small stomach so they very kindly let me take the rest of the meal home :> we also received a lovely slice of cake and the evening overall was really homely! We were well taken cared of and I implore you to visit!

I had a lovely experience at Platzki; service was accomodating, informative and very friendly. The food was presented beautifully and comforting with generous portions.The restaurant, itself, was like a little green oasis!

Food never disappoints… my only issue last night was that we both had a pork dish which was delicious but far too much for us both to manage after 2 really tasty starters 😂 ….so there wasn’t any room for deserts!

Amazing food and beautifully presented. Friendly staff. Wine on the expensive side but option to buy a 125ml glass. Eould definitely visit again to try the rest of the menu.

I've always loved Platzki, one of the best places in Manchester for me. However I have to be honest and say that service has gone drastically downhill lately. Took a long time to take our order (despite the place being quiet), not much explanation was given. During the wait a waitress moved a table and broke a glass just next to us, didn't even look at us to either apologize or smile. Our waitress didn't seem to understand the order at first but never asked, came back with the wrong order, never even tried to apologize (if something blamed us for it) and then took quite a long time to fix it (the second main arrived after mine was finished). After that no one came to clean the table and I gave up on ordering dessert and just stood up to pay the bill and leave. On and on no one was overly polite or friendly, seem to have lost the previous family restaurant vibe. Food was great as always and fairly priced (although £1 charge for sour cream sounds silly) but the overall experience wasn't as good as it used to be.
