Pizzeria Bianco started in 1988 in the back of a Phoenix neighborhood grocery store. Since then, owner and chef Chris Bianco has revolutionized artisanal pizza. Winner of the 2003 James Beard Award for Best Chef: Southwest, Bianco was also named one of Zagat's six chefs who changed pizza. He creates specialty pizzas that include the Sonny Boy with fresh mozzarella, salami and olives, the Wiseguy with wood-roasted onion, house-smoked mozzarella and fennel sausage, and the Biancoverde with mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta and arugula.Pizzeria Bianco is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday.

Wow…. 3 years of waiting. What a waste of time. The service was terrible. The food was ok. Will not waste our time again. Go anywhere else for pizza in PHX…….

Super high expectations. Loved the ambience. Pizza was kind of disappointing. One of our pizzas had to be eaten with fork and knife because it had no undercarriage. The other, a white pizza, tasted great but was overcooked and only had toppings on half.

Our food was outstanding. We started with their hose made Mozzarella w/ Roasted Peppers and a House Baby Gem Salad. I had the Pizza Rosa and my husband had the Margarita Pizza topped with Sopresata. Both were delicious ! Very friendly server.

Had the Wiseguy pizza and it was great. We also ordered the Pappardelle and it was great too. Everyone told me the pizza was great but the pasta was the highlight for me on this round. Great food all around!

It's ok. Didn't really love the pizza and we tried 3 different ones. Had to ask wait staff several times to refill our waters. We wouldn't go back especially with how expensive the pizzas are for the small size.

All time Pizza spot. Not to be confused with New Haven pizza but still high above the Pizza Pie standard that we tolerate this far from NY.

The pizza is the best! The service is timely, friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is loud at times I couldn’t hear conversation but who cares, the pizza is wonderful.
