   I’m not sure we got the best of Pippi’s on our visit for breakfast. I asked for a vegetarian version of their Pippi’s breakfast (swapping the lamb kofta and bacon for halloumi) which they were able to do, but other elements of the dish were also missing and they only brought them over when we had finished the meal. We were then charged the full price for that dish even though we hadn’t received half of it. Our coffees were lukewarm too which was disappointing. The food we did receive was tasty and the staff were really lovely so we’d be keen to come back for lunch or dinner and try again - maybe we were just unlucky.

   We ordered the seafood pasta steak frites and pepperoni pizza with the added cheese and hot honey, all dishes was delicious couldn’t fault anything had a beautiful valentines meal. Was served quickly and friendly by staff who was very helpful, food wasn’t a long wait either which I expected as it was so busy. Very lovely night we will be back again.

   Great lunch today . Service has improved 100% along with professionalism. Male waitstaff were excellent

   We loved the food! BYO worked very well for us and the price for the corkage was fair. The service was fast, easy and we had a great time. Can't wait to come back to try Breakfast!

   The location is good, the service was adequate but certainly staff were not overly concerned with keeping an eye on patrons. there seemed to be one woman paying attention to customers while several were chatting in a corner for a lot of the time. The food was unremarkable but fresh. It was interesting that when we arrived we were beside a large table of ladies who had been told their time was up and they needed to vacate the table, we were then there for two hours and no one sat at the table the whole time. It was Valentine's day and we had workman right near our table with drills etc for the entire time we were there, I felt this could have been better organised and perhaps more consideration given to developing customer loyalty and training staff would enhance the experience for customers.

   I didn’t want to write this review but I did reach out to the restaurant first and contact them directly last week and I haven't even had the courtesy of a response. My husband brought me to took Pippis Cronulla for breakfast for a special Valentine’s Day- but our whole experience was really disappointing, and I’m hoping not the usual. There’s 2 payment registers at a counter, and our table was between the two registers! So people were lining up either side of our table to pay and felt like they were leaning over us whilst waiting to pay and talking loudly whilst we are trying to enjoy a nice time. There were other tables available so I asked to move. When we were moved we were put under workmen installing blinds up a ladder behind my chair! The table next to us was spread with work tools. The guy up on a ladder was talking on the phone above my head and he even drops a screw which narrowly misses the table and falls to my feet, we chuckled that luckily it didn’t fall into my coffee. But, there were other tables away from that available! This was about 10am on a Friday. But then it gets even worse... I order the pita/labneh egg and avocado bowl- but when it comes out- there’s no pita bread to eat it! So it gets sent back to kitchen for pita, whilst my husband patiently waits with his food on the table. For Valentines day we planned to eat together. The flavours were nice but for the price and advertised 2 poached eggs, 1 was barely runny yolk and the other was hard boiled. The young girl serving did apologise to me and was pretty empathetic about the table saying she isnt sure why we were sat between the registers (she said they don't usually sit people there!). We just thought it was really unacceptable and disappointing for a nice Valentine’s Day breakfast. The interior is beautiful, but shame the service and food doesn't meet.

   We ordered starters and side dishes. The presentation and flavours - delicious. The team members are very friendly, management, Chef and especially Natalie. A very pleasant evening. Thank you.

   Beautiful location and ambience. The menus were dirty which is not a good initial impression. Food was very tasty except for the baked vegetable dish. Very ordinary with no flavour.

    Overall reasonably priced but $10 corkage per person is probably highest I have ever paid at a BYO restaurant.
