Review summary

AI-generated from verified diner reviews
PINO boasts a stunning location with attentive waitstaff noted for their "incredible service." However, the restaurant faces challenges with a "boring menu" and inconsistent food quality. Positive highlights include the delicious flatbread and watermelon salad. While the setting is beautiful, improvements in menu offerings and consistency could enhance the experience.

I so wanted to love this place after such an Iconic establishment The decor changed took away from the fine dining it use to have with elegance & sophistication. There s something to be said with white linen tables it use to have ... Lighting strip was tacky . I will say the Manager was wonderful

We made reservations for New Years Eve for 9 people, 4 Adults- 5 children. The was nothing that said it was a limited menu or that they wouldn't have things for kids. When we got there we were 1 out of maybe 4 groups in the restaurant. The waitress came over took our drink order and the chief came over and asked what the kids wanted but than said you want pasta and meatballs or pasta and butter? Made us feel as if that's was the only option for them (which is was because there was no kids menu). The pasta and meatballs came out and they were good but they were also $23 for a handfull of pasta and 2 meatballs. Not something we would have brought had we known the price. The adults ordered off the very limited menu. The waitress was very friendly but she was very hard to get the attention of and it took way to long to get drinks from, even simple sodas. The food was not bad but definitely not worth what it cost us and the drinks and absolutely not worth it, you can bearly taste alcohol in an old fashion that cost $18. Had we known ahead of time that the menu and there was nothing for the kids we would have been limited we would have went elsewhere. And with our experience we won't be going back regardless of the menu options.

My friends and I came here when it was first opened 2 years ago for Thanksgiving . The menu and food were Mediterranean focus. The food was delicious. We decided to do thanksgiving here again. WHAT DID YOU DO TO THE ORIGINAL MENU? The guy who sat us only gave us the thanksgiving menu and not the regular menu. I had to ask to clarify that they do serve non thanksgiving food. Our waitress was fantastic, but the place was very dark. So much so that we could barely read our poorly printed menu. Anyway, our humus appetizer was meh. The pita bread was store bought quality and cold. My carbonara was ok. My friend enjoyed his typical thanksgiving dinner. He had an overpriced glass of wine at $28 for 9 OZ. Really ?? Without telling us, the restaurant added 22% tip on top of the bill. I am hoping that this only happens during Thanksgiving. I don't mind, but please tell your patrons beforehand. I didn't look at my final bill closely and added another 20% to the bill. Luckily, my friend brought it to my attention. Overall, the whole meal was meh. We gave won't be back.

The service was good. Waiter was attentive. However the food was not good at all. No flavor flatbread was soggy with way too much cheese. The steak was flavorless the lettuce in the ceasar salad tasted old. Was disappointing for the cost.
