Since, 1982 Piero’s Italian Cuisine has been a Las Vegas staple restaurant with an old-school feel reminiscent of 1980s luxury. Our menu features authentic Italian food, market fresh seafood, premium steaks, and one of the largest wine selections in Las Vegas.

Piero’s is a free standing building conveniently located across the street from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. We have eight (8) beautifully designed rooms to accommodate most dining preferences.                                                                                               Our experience was, as always, pleasant and so enjoyable. We really like the way we’re treated. It’s hard to find a bad meal in Vegas. But Piero’s seems to elevate beyond the exceptional meals in Vegas. But the real deal is the PERSONAL service and old Vegas ambience. Absolutely unmatched. EVERY time we’re in Vegas we make it a point to visit Piero’s.

                                                                                              Couldn't have been more pleased with our experience at Piero's. I am a snob when it comes to Italian food and I was extremely impressed at the menu, preparations, presentations, service and ambiance. There was even a band playing crooner - era jazz which was a pleasant surprise. I will be recommending this restaurant to everyone who visits Las Vegas.

                                                                                              Food was exceptional. Stone crab claws were in season so we started there and they were excellent. Enjoyed the well documented most popular items - garbage Caesar, Bone in veal parm, truffle cream orichette, and a couple of desserts - cheesecake and profiteroles. Nice wine list fairly priced. One observation - staff were all very young - kind of college age plus a couple years tops. Probably a statement of the job environment for waitstaff in Vegas and the proximity to UNLV. I only raise it as the service was strong but not super experienced and it showed.

                                                                                              Pros: exceptionally friendly, seasoned, knowledgeable, unpretentious staff; terrific and high-quality food, wide array of choices, many specials, old world vibe. Cons: prices for everything were about 50% higher than similar caliber restaurants elsewhere (but this was our first night in Vegas so perhaps these prices are the norm); many wines by the glass were in the mid-20’s, with only a small handful under $20; eggplant parm was $37, halibut special was $59. Servers don’t give prices of specials (and some of them were $60 and more) nor are they summarized on a card.
