   Misty is incredible. We ate there twice and specifically asked for Misty. Friendly, great recommendations and speedy. She knows how to get things done even on a busy evening!

   Piedmont Dining Room was absolutely amazing. Will be going back there soon. Prime rib was on point, and I don’t usually eat Prime rib.

   After great anticipation for dinner at the Piedmont, we were greeted rudely, to be followed by the buffet dinner, which was almost inedible. The food was old and every protein was overcooked.

   Food was all cold. Prime rib too tuff to eat. Who eats cold crab legs with no butter! Not even close to 60 dollars a person.

   Pine Mountain Callaway has improved their dining of late. The chefs at Callaway did a fine job of the Christmas buffet and true southern sides. Well Done.

   The food was just OK, definitely not worth the price. The service however was terrible! My husband and I went out for a romantic dinner for Christmas Eve and I thought that the Piedmont Dining Room would be a great place to go because of the pricey food. Because we don’t drink alcohol, we ordered water and coffee. Our server never came back to check on our drinks so we had to wave her down to ask for more coffee. Once she finally did bring us do more coffee, she brings a very small pot and only gave us a half cup each. She said that was all she had and she would have to brew some more if we wanted more. I mean, come on…this is a place that you drop $160 for a meal for 2 people without any alcoholic beverages, should we even have to ask her to brew more coffee?!

    Food was mid at best. Small variety on buffet, no labels as to what was what. Food not refilled often. Pasta station cook had a nasty bandaid on his finger and no gloves. Pasta was terrible too. Service was pretty good.
