   Very welcoming, responsive staff from the minute you walk in the door. Eggplant Parm was great, both interesting and well prepared. New decor is fine but still quite noisy, sound bounces off the uncovered walls - very hard to hear my companion just across the 2-top table.

   Everyone greatly enjoyed their meal. It was very busy at 12:45 and we lost our service to a large party before we ordered drinks and bread. We were asked just as our 2 guest were seating, but I asked to give us 2-3 minutes to get settled. Apparently he was distracted as he was pulled by the large party. Once that was in the past, service was excellent.

   The Restaurant was too noisy. We were unable to communicate because of it. I found that the tables were too close together, which made it hard to get to the exit.The food was not as good as before Piatti remodeled

   We love this restaurant. However since the remodel we have only been twice. Seems like a lot more tables were added to the room nearest the patio. Very crowded and noisy. Food and service is still great. Wish it wasn't so noisy. Very hard to hold a conversation. We were seated in the back corner.

   I truly enjoy eating at Piatti’s as the food is consistently good. In addition, the service is always great as well.

   We had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Piatti! We were seated immediately even though we were early. Our server was very attentive, answered all our questions, and was able to suggest some off-menu vegetarian options. The house cocktails were impressive, the food was delicious, and we need to remember next time to leave more room for their scrumptious desserts!

   We had a lovely evening at Piatti last night. Our table was ready as soon as we arrived, and the timing of the dinner was just right—not too rushed, but not too slow either. My dining companions thoroughly enjoyed the pizza, soup, and salad. One friend even joked that the salad dressing was so good she could lick the bowl! I opted for the pasta bolognese, which was absolutely delightful. I was pleased to learn that the pasta is made fresh in-house. The restaurant was recently remodeled and I feel it’s much nicer now with comfortable chairs. We will be back!

   Went there with several friends for a New Years Catch-Up. Sat at high tops in bar area because it was quieter. Our server was great - our food was great, but then something odd happened. As soon as our dessert arrived, the server said she had to close out our bill (not sure why). We paid and that was the last we saw of her or anyone. No refills on drinks, no clearing of table - nothing. We finally had to go get a busser to clear our table. We were there for 1 1/2 hours - and it wasn’t overly crowded - so I don’t know why the service abruptly stopped.

    Great place for a night out! Food & service were outstanding!!! The ambiance was good...booths were comfortable, but given their down time for a remodel I didn't really notice much of a difference outside of an even more odd entry than before...strange drapery treatment now crowds people more upon check-in.
