    Branzino was good but that was the only thing positive about the experience. Came for the valentines fixed menu. Took 15 minutes before our order was taken. Appetizers came before drinks. The starter was forgotten and consequently came with our mains. Our mains (veal and branzino) came without a knife. Veal was overcooked and tough. The shared pasta did not come out. We packed the majority of the veal and had the forgotten pasta for take out. Would've taken out dessert too but it wouldn't have been eaten at home so we just had a bite and settled up and left.

    The food here was really good! I especially enjoyed the mushroom cavatelli and margarita pizza. Definitely recommend and would go back with friends!

    The service was amazing. AS for the food, it was hard to decide what to order. so many choices. the food was awesome. we will definetely go back.

    Food was excellent as always. We had ordered the lunch special which was an amazing 3-course that was flavourful and offered a wonderful variety. Highly recommend the special - great value. Service was professional and friendly as always too!

    Great food and serving staff were wonderful including bartenders who served us when we sat at the bar during happy hour. The hostess/manager Madison was less than hospitable. The moment we walked into the restaurant she acted as though she was annoyed with us. We showed up at 4:30pm for happy hour when our dinner reservation was for 6pm. I asked to add a person to our reservation and she said she couldn’t accommodate a larger table so we would have to squeeze the 5th person onto the bench. When the 5th guest arrived she asked the server if there was any possibility to move a larger table since we were the only table occupied in the entire room. The server asked the hostess Madison who came back and said, “I thought I already told you we can’t give you another table.” While Madison’s attitude was a complete turn-off, it was fortunate that the rest of the service, food and drink made up for it. Our suggestion would be to have people on staff that align with the quality of service Piano Piano wishes to maintain, and eliminate staff who don’t rise to your standard. Thank you Madison for the complimentary desserts. A face-to-face apology would have been a more sincere gesture.

    Incredible gluten free calamari, fried in a separate frier so celiac safe :) and amazing carbonara pasta. I love this place, food is great and the service is always lovely too!
