   Food was great, as per usual but the service was not that great.. the waiter looked that he didnt want to serve us and just looked annoyed in general.. the experience would have been 10/10 with a more pleasant waiter.

   Food was great. Caviar, burrata, carbonara, tiramisu. The rigatoni meatballs was a bit bland and would’ve been better with more rosé or tomato sauce. The lighting above the first half dozen tables was violently bright and created a terrible vibe. Server was fine but indifferent and not warm or friendly. Maybe said ten words the entire time. Never filled our wine glasses from our bottle and barely checked in on us.

   Would have loved to give a higher review. We have heard wonderful things about this place and our friends were interested to hear we were going tonight. The food was good (solid) but not "wow" for the price. The service was a bit slow. We took advantage of the "Dinner for Two" special. We specifically asked if the lobster pasta was included and were assured by our server we could have any pasta. To our surprise, we were upcharged for this choice, something we were not alerted to at the time we ordered (after specifically asking twice). What was especially offputting was that the upcharge was higher than the difference in price between regular pasta and the lobster pasta. All of which left a sour taste in our mouth at the end of our meal, and will make it difficult to recommend to others. Does not live up to the hype, especially when the server misrepresented the price

   Date Night Running late due to traffic and called ahead to let them know we would arrive late (15mins). They were very accommodating and held our 6pm reservation but let me know there was a reservation at our table for 8pm. Didn’t like the table for 2 we got seated at right next to the server stand. This should not be a table with the servers continually coming dropping off trays and printing receipts. We could have asked to be seated elsewhere but didn’t want to complain. Our server Patrick and the food made up for the poor seating. Our overall rating would probably be a 4.5/5 but didn’t like the table we got seated at and what I noticed afterwards is how restaurants continually calculate the tip percentage using the total amount and not the sub total. I don’t mind tipping but don’t think my tip should be calculated on taxes.

   Love this place. The vibes are great, the food is great, and the music is great. It’s always on my list for a casual celebration.

   I have been to multiple Piano Piano locations and always enjoy my meal and service. My mom is in town visiting and I wanted to take her to the new location as I knew the food and vibes would be great! We were greeted with kindness and I loved the atmosphere of the new location. I was so excited to show my mom the menu and we knew of the happy hour so we wanted to try some of those items. Unfortunately, our server was not very friendly to us. The service was prompt and everyone else at the restaurant treated us with kindness but he was very cold, and seemed irritated with us. I totally know that bad days happens and people are going through different things, but it made for our dinner to be awkward and we felt a bit like a burden instead of just enjoying ourselves. I give everything 10/10 except for that aspect, which is really too bad.

   It was good, service was fast as we did have a show to go to the Paradise. It is great to have a restaurant right next to the theatre.

    It was nice, food was very good, ambiance was relaxing, pricing was okay but some of their promotional dinners were good value. Service was prompt and attentive but our server was less than friendly, not sure what his problem was but it did not make for a friendly interaction. Having said that, I would certainly return.
