    We waited 40 mins for our starter and 1hr 15 for our main which was totally unreasonable. It appeared that the kitchen kept missing our order. The servers flagged the missing starter to the kitchen, but they were less attentive when our main also didn't arrive. We also got very little apology.

    Sitting a child next to drunk adults swearing was a thoughtless start. The lack of choice for a person with prawn allergies was frustrating. The starter wasn’t particularly nice (the dish which is like cling film Around the spring roll). One waiter approached our table, placed a dish on it then took it away - no dialogue at all?? Previously on another visit I was given a starter that needed explaining and it wasn’t . The quality of service isn’t consistent at all here. Being told the service charge is already added ‘but I can take it off’ isn’t good service and it’s rude. I’m not paying £11 tip and don’t be suggestive to make me feel impolite for declining the suggestion. Been a few times but not impressed now.

    Pho is great, however, on our first visit our beer was past its expiration date. On our second visit it was pouring with rain and there were no hangers to hang coats. We were in a booth and ended up having to put our coats on the floor. Food and service is always excellent though.

    This is the second time I dined at this place. Simply outstanding food. The portions are generous and it was difficult to finish all. I loved every bit of it .

    Food is always consistently good. Only point is they need to cut the beef much thinner for the pho. It’s way too thick and thus too chewy . I think that’s why in Vietnam it’s always paper thin.
