Prime Cuts. Perfect Pasta. Phil’s Steak House (named after hotel owner Phil Ruffin) offers an eclectic menu sure to please everyone at the table. From prime cuts of meat and mouth-watering seafood to classic Italian specialties, Phil’s Italian Steak House’s daily dinner specials are perfection in every bite. Private dining is also available for parties up to 40 people.

Please note that the dress code is semi-formal wear.

Reservations are available for parties of up to 7 guests. If you are unable to make your reservation online, please contact 702-894-7111. For the safety of our guests and staff, we are limiting dining experiences to 105 minutes. We recommend that parties arrive complete.

    We enjoyed the food. However, the service was terrible. We sat next to a group of white men that arrived after us and they were served much faster than we were and were treated much better.

    We just went for appetizers, they were mostly excellent. Our waiter was excellent. A little pricey 4 Appetizers two drinks $170US, but hey this is vegas so expected

    The atmosphere was great. We started with the bone marrow and that was delicious. My Wagyu sirloin was overcooked and very tough to cut. Overall experience was good.

    Dinner reservations for 3 on New Year's Eve at 7:30PM (moderately full at this time). Evening started out fine, but within a half hour of arriving, the restaurant had to rearrange/add tables and chairs to accommodate 2 reservations for 6 each, but they all then decided that they wanted to sit together (restaurant was very crowded by then, and guess where they put them!) . Complete shamble ensued with the extra tables encroaching on our space (not to mention the incredible increase in their conversations and overall noise level). and ultimately interfering with the overall service. Our meal was very good, but what had originally been envisioned, rapidly deteriorated.

    Our Server Lindsey was the best! She had many tables to attend and yet she did not forget about us ! She constantly checked in with us to make sure the wine bottle and dinner we were served was too our liking!! Roberto was also phenomenal and attentive in serving us water and Bread ! I know the restaurant had poor reviews, but my Husband and I gave it a chance and much to our surprise we were very satisfied!!

    Well well another very good traditional steak house in the valley! Rack of lamb fantastic! Steak Oscar was super and unique using crab legs with a fantastic sauce!
