Prime Cuts. Perfect Pasta. Phil’s Steak House (named after hotel owner Phil Ruffin) offers an eclectic menu sure to please everyone at the table. From prime cuts of meat and mouth-watering seafood to classic Italian specialties, Phil’s Italian Steak House’s daily dinner specials are perfection in every bite. Private dining is also available for parties up to 40 people.

Please note that the dress code is semi-formal wear.

Reservations are available for parties of up to 7 guests. If you are unable to make your reservation online, please contact 702-894-7111. For the safety of our guests and staff, we are limiting dining experiences to 105 minutes. We recommend that parties arrive complete.

    The atmosphere was great. We started with the bone marrow and that was delicious. My Wagyu sirloin was overcooked and very tough to cut. Overall experience was good.

    Our Server Lindsey was the best! She had many tables to attend and yet she did not forget about us ! She constantly checked in with us to make sure the wine bottle and dinner we were served was too our liking!! Roberto was also phenomenal and attentive in serving us water and Bread ! I know the restaurant had poor reviews, but my Husband and I gave it a chance and much to our surprise we were very satisfied!!

    Well well another very good traditional steak house in the valley! Rack of lamb fantastic! Steak Oscar was super and unique using crab legs with a fantastic sauce!

    We ate there on Saturday night and I had the red snapper. The fish was very dry and had no flavor!

    Awesome experience from start to finish. Our waiter, Mario, was attentive when we needed him. Food was exceptional. We will back every time we visit Vegas.

    Two of the dishes were good. The turkey was very dry and hard. The sweet potato’s lacked seasoning. Wine and waiter were great.

    We enjoyed our dinner here. The only thing is I had the blackened salmon and it was a touch under for my liking but otherwise everything else was great. My husband had the shrimp scampi linguini and that was also quite good. We enjoyed it and had a good time.

    Service was great. Meat quality was very good. I’m disappointed to see a steak on a plate without any kind of side included, especially at the prices.
