   Second time in a row that it took ~30 min to get service. The table next to us was seated after we were, and received their appetizers before us. At that moment, we got up and left.

   My husband and I went to PF Chang‘s to celebrate his 75th birthday on Saturday 1/25/25. The food and service was good, the waitress was wonderful. We had asked for a booth but was told they were reserved. We were looking forward to a relaxing, pleasant dinner. However, the music they were playing was geared to a younger crowd with a lot of annoying base. I was ready to jump out of my skin by the time we left. I noticed the manager on the way out and expressed my concern about the choice of music and that it wasn’t conducive to that kind of restaurant. He simply said “I’m sorry you feel that way“ and turned his back. I’m not sure if he was not trained, not experienced, or immature. Regardless, it’s not likely that we will be back again for that reason. It was a missed opportunity for the manager to make us feel better about our experience, but he chose not to and that’s what we will remember.

   We really enjoyed the happy hour food and drinks. The waitress was phenomenal. The only issue is to get happy hour prices, you have to actually sit at the bar in a bar stool or walk up to the bar and order. Although they have tables in the bar area, those don't count. So we had to walk up to the bar which was 5 feet away, order our food and beverages to get the happy hour prices then sit back down at a bar table. Seems a little ludicrous to us. Otherwise, we enjoyed the ambiance and atmosphere.

   We went in at 8 PM and there weren’t many people there. Which was good for us. The waitress was very nice. We ordered drinks and appetizers. They took a while to come out. Then, we ordered our meals. After 45 minutes, we still hadn’t gotten our food. We ended up canceling the order and left. I’m not sure if the waitress told anybody, but no management or anything came out to speak with us. We’ve been to the Rookwood location several times and it’s always been wonderful. We definitely won’t be back to this location.

   I requested a booth with my reservation. We weren’t seated in a booth even though there were several open. No one even mentioned it to us at the host stand. The person who was not our server but delivered our drinks approached the table while we were in conversation and very loudly shouted “red wine?”. She was quite disturbing.

   Always love the ambiance for dinner or even just an appetizer/drinks! Our server was super friendly and had great recommendations.

   I had a reservation at P.F. Chang’s, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. While the wait was longer than expected, the restaurant was packed when we arrived. By the time we got our food, we were one of the last tables still eating, and it wasn’t even close to closing time. I ordered the Mongolian Beef, and for the price, I was really let down. The beef was overcooked and tough, which made the meal feel not worth the cost. I hadn’t been to this location in a while, and this visit definitely didn’t make me want to return anytime soon. I'll probably stick to the Rookwood location moving forward.

    I have always enjoyed dining at PFChangs, but my last visit to the West Chester location was rather disappointing. Ordered egg drop soup which was tasteless. Spring rolls had a sour aftertaste. Cauliflower appetizer had no taste at all and was slightly undercooked . Each of the 4 entree’s ordered after was missing flavor! Some of the items ordered were my regular things I get and the quality was just poor. To add to this, the waitress who appeared very tired did not come to ask us how was the food, never came to refill water either. Overall we barely ate and had a disappointing birthday celebration!
