Super nice waiter .. good food but prices are kind of on the high side. Really dumb guy can’t get happy hour drink price when sitting in the dining room! We are still spending money on food.

It's always been good but it's been really great in recent months. The service is always very good and we especially enjoyed our last server who is really outstanding. We've dined with her as our server many times, she is terrific.

Food was just okay and table was very small for our group and they had a lot of other options available. Service was slow but server was nice.

Our experience was less than favorable. The menu change was a shock as certain staple entrees no longer exist. The ambiance of quick service as per their policy comes off as disingenuous and rude - as soon as they serve your entrees they place the check in your table. Whoever at corporate decided this does not know the service industry well. I have been in Culinary/Food Service & Manufacturing for over 2 decades. Customers want to feel appreciated and cared for. That's why they go out versus do take out or eat at home. Disappointed

Although the menu has been slimmed down , the quality was good . Food came out quick and hot and correct . The highlight was our server , Kevin . He was what servers used to be like . Friendly , efficient , informative and anticipated our needs perfectly . He is an anomaly in current time for service . He smiled and actually seems to enjoy being a server ! Certainly a lost art now . P.F. Chang’s should be proud of having such a high level server . On a side note , the other servers also seemed to be on top of things . As a lifetime restaurant manager , it reminded me of what our industry used to be . People proud to be in the service business .

We enjoyed the restaurant, but the food came before the drinks which made it a little awkward. It was also hard to get a second drink before the meal was concluded even though we ordered the second drink when we ordered the food. Other than that we had a good time and the wait staff were accommodating.

We celebrated our anniversary. Great dinner with an even better wife. She’s been my unwavering partner for 44 years. Our server did a great job and was very accommodating.

We love PF Changs; however, this was a terrible experience and wouldn't recommend anyone going to this location. The new express lunch is a joke. They gave us the timer. We are gluten free/dairy free. We asked if they could make the brussel sprouts with the GF Mongolian sauce instead. She said they were batch made for the express lunch. I said no problem taking the extra time if we could get GF. They wouldn't do this. Almost everything on the menu you pay extra for; totally opposite of other restaurants express lunch. The timer ran out LONG before we received food. Neither the manager nor the waitress even mentioned. I already took into consideration the time it took her to ask on the brussel sprouts they couldn't do.
