   Staff said they could not accommodate 1 more person on my reservation. When we got to the restaurant they said I did not have a reservation (which I did). There were not very many people in the restaurant, so I was confused why they initially said they could not add 1 more person to my reservation. We had 6 people dining. They told us because of that it would be a set gratuity (never had this with 6people it is always 8 or more). After we finished boxing up our leftover food the manager came and said we needed to leave because they have another party ready to dine there! I have never been asked to leave a restaurant before! I will never go back to this location again!

   Love the food, and the servers are always great! Chicken lettuce wraps and wonton soup are favorites. Chocolate cake is huge enough to share or have leftovers for days. Yum!

   The restaurant was very loud and hard to hold a conversation. It was also very cold. Our service was not the best, and the food was not that great. Mongolian beef was overcooked and tough. Shrimp was soggy. Fried rice was nothing special for an extra $4 per person. Very expensive for what it is. Won't return

   The interior design is the best part of this restaurant! Food is next best, the first bite is the best and then following bites started to taste too salty. Service was not great. Slow. Multiple servers/food runners came by our table so our request for plain white rice was forgotten about and nobody ever cleared our plates after stopping by until the last person brought over our eggrolls.

   PF Chang's and Open Table do not work together. This location does not recognize the Open Table reservation system. When I arrived, I did not have a reservation. I would not use Open Table for this restaurant.

   Service was absolutely terrible! Ordered an appetizer and it came out after I got my entree. The manager was completely unapologetic, unprofessional and extremely rude. Will never dine at PF Changs again

   We were greeted promptly by the hostess and sat in the bar area. While our bartender/server was nice, he was not attentive at all. A food runner delivered all of our meals and appetizers and we had to ask for plates to eat on and drink refills. We were never offered additional items until we asked. The check was dropped and we were not offered desserts until we asked. The most concerning issue was several staff members were eating food and on their phones in plain sight while we were being ignored. The manager seemed to do nothing about this. The food however, was excellent.

   I really like PF Changs. We had a lot of dishes and couldn’t fit them all on the table. Maybe it would be good to get smaller dishes. The portions were about half the size of each plate. Either, smaller plates or bigger tables for a table for two. Anyway, the service was great!

    We were generally disappointed with our visit to this PF Chang's. The food was good but not as exceptional as other Chang locations that we dined at. as far as the service, we were served quickly, but our server did not come back to check on us unless we flagged him down. Our drinks were not refilled regularly. at the end of our meal, take home boxes were dropped at the table, but the server did not fill the boxes as we are used to at other Chang locations. Overall the experience was good, but not great.
