   The service and seating arrangements were terrible they placed my wife and I at a table where both of our chests touched the table due to “larger”patrons having to move the booths out so they could fit. Even though it was blatantly obvious that it was uncomfortable I had to request a new table. We then waited over 20 minutes for two drinks (we ordered drinks had the server come back THEN ordered the app) and the cooked app still came before the drinks. I ended up going to the bar and retrieving them myself - the fizzy foam of my wife’s French martini was gone and judging by the time my wife’s second one which didn’t lose it in the time it took her to drink it, it was sitting a long time. The server seemed to have no idea about celiac disease or me requiring completely gluten free food other than me saying it. With that said my food wasn’t marked in any way shape or form and management didn’t deliver my food - as most restaurants do in some combination, as a matter of fact the person delivering the food made no attempt to differentiate the foods being served due to us getting multiple dishes. Overall it was a bad experience with our server barely being involved in our dining experience and me being worried about getting sick due to cross contamination etc. We don’t do many “chain” restaurants and this reminded us why that is. I would look at Jackie’s water place it’s very close and we’ve had a much better experience there.

   PF Changs did not honor our reservation. We waited 30 minutes to sit then 45 minutes to get our food which was cold!

   Besides the fact that our dinners were delicious, the service was excellent. We had theatre tickets following dinner, and due to construction, we arrived at the restaurant later than we had planned. When I told our waitress that we were somewhat rushed, she was totally unfazed. The food arrived quickly, and at my request, our bill was given to us while we ate rather than after. We had plenty of time to enjoy the meal and still get to the theatre on time.

   Was told there was a ten minute wait even though we had a reservation, no problem, however it turned into over 40 minutes. Once seated we waited another 20+ minutes and no server even came over to our table or acknowledged us. As a result we got up and left, poor experience with service here. Was really looking forward to dinner as well. Maybe next time.

   Good eatery, BBQ ribs were delicious. Service was great and pleasurably accommodated my mother's birthday.

   Not the PF Changs of old! Prices were high, quantities were smaller, and service provider was inexperienced. Mongolian Beef was 26.95 but with fried rice instead of brown rice, there was an extra price of 5.95. The beef itself was overdone, and consisted of smaller end cuts. Honey Crispy Chicken was better but received cold LoMein for that extra charge of 5.95. Bill was incorrect(a beer that I never received because they were changing the trap). Not returning! Too bad, it was always looked forward to!

    We haven’t been to Chang’s in over a year so we were in the mood for Chinese, so what the hell. Chang’s used to be a great place, a place to go for special occasions. Not anymore We got the table near the kitchen door. So it was noisy, hate that. Food was good, service was lacking, staff seamed off, angry or just didn’t care. They were not busy so they weren’t “slammed “. It’s a shame. Maybe give them a try in another year. See if they upped their game.
