   The only issue I had was I made the reservation using OpenTable and when I got there, the hostess said oh we don’t have it. Did you make it on Open Table oh that never works but luckily they were not very busy so it was not an issue.

   Our waiter was incompetent. There was no soy sauce on our table so we asked for some. He came back with 4 packets of low sodium soy sauce. So of course I looked around to see if anyone else experienced this, nope just us. Everyone else’s table had a dispenser with soy sauce in it. The food was tasteless so the soy packets didn’t help. The food has really gone down. I haven’t been in about 10 years. This will be my last, unless a reliable source tells me the food has improved.

   We had a great seat and they fixed a mistake and gave us a free chocolate cake slice. Pepper steak was excellent

   Everything was good except for the background music was way too loud causing everyone to talk louder. Disappointing atmosphere. Felt like we were in Chucky Cheese but, the food and service was very good.

   The almond chicken was not good and the sake was not good. Had a yellow color to it. Lettuce wraps great.

    What’s changed?! We’ve been to oPFChang’s all over the US, including this one. But this time our entrees had no flavor. Very disappointing.
