   We had a great time celebrating a birthday here! We had excellent service and the food was delicious. The evening was relaxing and we didn’t feel rushed.

   Our waitress was so sweet but the food was greasy, and not warm. Everything was very slow too. I felt like the restaurant wasn’t as clean as I have seen in the past. Our table still had old food on it when we sat down. Just disappointed

   Dillon was a very attentive server. Food was good but I miss the pork fried rice that was removed from the menu.

   Service at the Hostess Stand was not very good. We arrived at 6:15 PM for our 6:15 PM dinner reservation. The Hostess advised they were running behind, and it would be 10-15 minutes before we could be seated. I looked around the dining area and saw several empty tables and one empty booth, so I didn't understand the explanation provided. After waiting patiently for 20 minutes, I returned to the Hostess stand and asked when we would be seated. The hostess responded that they were seating people and fast as they could. I responded that I did not agree with the explanation, because they were still several empty tables in the dining area. The manager came up and offered the same explanation. However, less than 5 minutes later, the manager returned and seated my wife and I, which we appreciated. The service we received from Katie, our waitress, was excellent. Our Crispy Green Beans were delicious as were our Honey Chicken and Miso Salmon entrees. We did not receive the Chang's Cash credited to my Account for our dinner. This same problem happened the last time we dined at this restaurant. I sent a message to Customer Service and am still waiting on a response.

   Ok. Just ok. It’s fine to bring your teen etc. Eventhough we had a reservation they put us “on the list” once we came In so we waited easily 15 more mins for the table.

   We always enjoy our time at PF Changs China Bistro. Our favorite is the chicken lettuce wraps and Mongolian beef.

   Do not expect your reservation to be there from Open Table. Apparently their system does not synchronize with OT’s . Therefore you they do not receive although you have a confirmation from OT for your reservation.

   NYE reservation for 7pm for 3 people. Arrived at 6:55 and checked. Told to wait a few minutes. At 7:15 went to check and they said still on 6:30 reservations but hopefully by 7:30 We would be sat. They did not tell us that at check in. Finally seated just before 8pm. Gave drink and app orders. Server was nice but stretched. Forgot one of the drinks. Apps came quickly and chicken lettuce wraps and crab wontons were delish. Good orders were taken and ordered soft drink after cocktail and didn’t come until end of meal and other waters and drinks were not refilled until most of meal was finished. Entrees came in a fair time and the mains were good and fresh. White rice and fried rice were cold. Get it was holiday but seemed they took too many reservations and the cleanliness and ability take care suffered. Most of food was good. Some was not. But being sat an hour late for a reservation set a bad tone for the evening.

    Hostess station was a mess. We had to wait an hour to be seated even though we had a reservation. We waited about 20 minutes before we placed our drink order and another 30 minutes for our food. Our food was brought to the table cold. The server was working very hard and fixed the issue. The number of staff wasn’t balanced with some areas getting faster service and other areas were very slow. Poorly managed restaurant but cuisine is popular with most people.
