   This had to be one of our best culinary experiences! The overall ambiance was soft and serene. Fine dining combined with dinner choices that had us wanting to lick the plates. (We didn't!). Our server, Landon, was patient and talked us through all the choices for dinner and provided outstanding service. Everything we had heard, read, and saw on "The Dish" on CBS Saturday Morning was exceeded and expanded upon. A truly magnificent dinner engagement!

   Very good food but a small menu. The hotel is currently remodeling so not very attractive. The restaurant itself is very pretty.

   Food was pretty good. The brisket was very tough but the flavor was good. Oatmeal was very tasty for Oatmeal.

   Lunch menu is limited and overpriced for the portions. Sandwiches/burgers do not come with sides. Fries (truffle) cost an additional $14. The baked chicken was on the bone and very small.

   it was very quiet and the lighting was very nice. our service was amazing (shout out to our waiter) and the food was AMAZING! i’ll be dreaming about the lavender duck for the rest of my life and the venison was delicious! we had the best time and will be returning soon!

   The food was delicious and ambiance was lovely. The ceviche was amazing. The only negative was that they had run out of things like vodka and olives. The reason they gave was because of Valentine’s weekend but it was odd that they would run out of liquor? The restaurant was in the Hilton.

   We have enjoyed dinner at Perle Mesta a few times. This review is for brunch. It was a whole different experience. From the moment we walked in the door and hostess pointed to a table. It was not set it was missing a chair. It was difficult to make her understand we had a reservation for 4 people and there were only 3 chairs. It was one gaffe after another. The food was nothing remarkable barely mediocre. Wait until they are done remodeling lobby, then try it for dinner.

    This was our second visit and much more disappointing than the first. I will add that this was a Valentine’s Day weekend which may have affected this. The service for starters was bad. REALLY bad. Our server didn’t look busy but we still waited an hour and a half for our food. My drink was incorrect after having to walk to the bar, look at the liquor, and walk back to order. My server said she did not know what liquor there was and there was no menu. The appetizer (caviar) was delicious and the only thing that came over in a timely manner. The food is scored low because although they said we could order a La cart, and not the Valentine’s Day 6 course, the first two items we tried to order were “not available”. The substitutes were ok, but not better than what we wanted. Disappointing experience overall after a high 4 star great dinner the first time around.
