Pendolino is the new restaurant from chef-owner Kevin Maxey, debuting spring of 2024 in Atlanta. Taking up an Italian disposition – one where eating and culture are inseparable – we are proud to offer Chastain Park a classy-casual neighborhood place.
Come join us in our dining room or our sun-filled patio for an unbeatable setting. One side of the restaurant boasts a curved oak wood bar with casual café style seating, and views of the wood burning oven. The main dining room has a lux mix of comfy banquettes, graciously sized booths, and marble topped tables and there is a private dining room that can be enclosed for festive celebrations. Whether you are out for a date night or late night, feasting with friends or family, popping by for an afternoon snack or lingering for a special occasion, we can’t wait to host you.

You can always count on Pendolino for a great meal, delicious drinks, and the largest chicken Parm in Atlanta. Chef has done a great job, bringing his high brow, skill set to approachable, Italian food. Great environment, great team, great food. Triple threat!

This is one of the best Italian places in Atlanta! The food is always delicious and so are the cocktails! I love the pastas, pizza dough is perfect (love the mushroom!!) meatballs are so tender and the seafood so fresh. The decor is very hip (love the green velvet booths) and Michael, Kari and Chardoney are awesome servers! Their great energy is contagious! Go! You won’t regret it!!

Bar offering seemed a bit limiting….No Canadian Whisky or Mixer like Ginger Ale…? May be the first time I encountered this in ATL? Otherwise Food, Service And Atmosphere was Great!

The food was really good. They were a little busy so the service was a bit lacking. Overall great ambiance though and nice for date night.

Menu items were not as described. Different ingredients came out on dish. They said they substituted item. Dish said pine nuts got pecans. Waiters should have been told about substitutions. Two dishes went back. Very loud. Told we had to leave table at specified time. But worth the money

Had a wonderful time intill the manager comes to the table and says we are closing in 10 and you need to leave … it was 9:15 a he was rude in the way he told us .. I understand you close at 9:30 but come on we didn’t even have the bill from the server … love the food and out service was outstanding … don’t know if I’ll go back

Waitress took our order and never returned. Had to flag her down for the bill an hour later.. Probably could have walked out and no one would have noticed. Sat in the back room. So loud my wife and I had to shout. Kale side dish too spicy to eat. Ughh

We were seated immediately at the kitchen counter which we requested. The server took our drink order pretty quickly but then it took about 15 minutes for our drinks to be delivered. It was wine so that seemed a bit long. Once we ordered our dinner everything seemed to get back on track. We had the cheesy garlic bread, shrimp alla vodka and meatballs. The food was delicious. We’ll definitely be back.

Lovely environment including outdoor seating. Temperature inside was cold. Lamb entree best. Pasta, salmon bland. Service attentive.
