PeakFine Restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and is a wonderful way to start or end your day! With the bounty of what the Okanagan, and Canada has to offer us in the ways of cheese, poultry, produce, seafood, grains, so much more, we focus on using local Canadian and Artisanal products to help keep low food miles, support local growers, farmers and use sustainable foods in our kitchens. With healthy options, vegan, or decadent multi-course meals paired with local wines and spirits, your culinary adventure will go unmatched while you dine, and take in the sweeping Okanagan Lake Views.

If you are dining as a resort guest, PeakFine Restaurant encourages wearing bathrobes and slippers for breakfast and lunch. In the evening, we adhere to a smart casual dress code, and we ask that guests refrain from wearing hats or slippers to dinner. There is an 18% service charge for parties of 6 or more.

Please note that Sparkling Hill Resort & Spa is a 16 plus only resort.

Pasta requires more sauce and our appy came out at tye same time as our main meal! Waiter was top notch.

Laurie was our server and we opted for the 3 course dinner. Her service was the best and the food was outstanding and we would recommend her and the food was outstanding

We have been to Peakfine several times and always very happy with the breakfasts, the lunch and dinners we have experienced there have just been ok. Lunch, the french fries and fish were over cooked, a dinner special we had was different than we had expected the meat was shredded rather than an anticipated medallions or cubes of meat.

Breakfast was disappointing but ok. Dinner too expensive for what you get. definitely not a 5 star. I would give peak fines a 5 out of 10.

Dining in the Peak Fine restaurant in Sparking Hills is always exceptional, although a bit "pricey". The service is professional and the cleanliness is outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you are staying overnight at the resort. The complimentary breakfast is generous and healthy as well as delicious. The choices available will please everyone.

I think I just got unlucky this time round... as I have had amazing meals at this location. Today, my bagel was either super stale or toasted early and left out to dry. The capers were dried out, I actually thought they were fried. It felt like it was prepared hours ahead and then had a fresh egg topped onto it. My friend's toast was equally hard to eat because it was so dry/stale. I never complain, but it's not acceptable for the $$'s expected from us.

Was highly disappointed that there was no longer coffee bar sitting out for us to get coffee before breakfast. While the food was good, I do prefer the breakfast buffet that was previously used. I enjoyed being able to pick and choose from a greater variety and also the juices that were offered when there was the buffet.
