Amazing experience. Came for the cherry blossom tea and was utterly impressed. The staff took great care of our table, the food was phenomenal and the tea was lovely. The ambiance of the violin set the perfect mood for a wonderful tea! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The cherry blossom themed tea was a lovely experience. Yes - it is overpriced for type of food you receive but you are also paying for the ambience and overall experience. There were plenty of sweet treats and we were given boxes to bring home the leftovers. The savory treats were delicious and different from other teas I have been to. My favorite was the lemon scone with the Devonshire cream, lemon curd, and cherry blossom jelly.

The experience was phenomenal. The food and tea was presented beautifully, and the harpist and cherry blossom tree motif added to the ambiance. A must do in Washington DC!

Very much enjoyed Cherry Blossom Tea and appreciated separate tower for my daughter’s dietary restrictions.

If ambiance and service are your favorite part of a meal, then this is your paradise. My daughter and I had high tea here, and it's an experience we will not easily forget. Mufasa delivered one of the most delightful dining experiences I've had. He was so kind and accommodating to my child. The dining space was exquisite with the cherry blossom decor. It transported you to an ethereal place. The harpest was lovely as well. The food was good, especially the Prosciutto sandwich and the bruschetta on the savory side. The pistachios macaron was the best texture I've had. The well-balanced strawberry puff and moist poppyseed scone were also delectable. Though beautiful, there were items we did not enjoy, like the chicken sandwich. It was bland and messy. The strawberry scone had an intoxicating smell, but the pronounced flavor was sugar. The teas were lovely, but they only had two herbal offerings if you were steering clear of caffeine. The house proscecco tasted fresh and was pleasurable to sip. The service and the atmosphere were definitely something to experience, and the highlights from the tower items were stellar.

We had a wonderful Cherry Blossom tea experience to celebrate a friends birthday. Food & service worth both exceptional, and they were able to hand a gluten & dairy allergy easily. Highly recommend!

Cherry Blossom Afternoon Tea was such a treat. Both savoury and sweet selections were delicious. My only complaint is that the mango curd and meringue in the tart was a bit too sweet and there was not enough tartness.

I made my reservations on OpenTable per usual Since it was a special date night with my wife, I ordered a black car service so we jumped in the back of the Escalade and mistakenly ended up three blocks away at a place called Peacock Alley tea . totally my fault I wasn’t reading closely enough, but you can see how that could happen. Names are pretty similar. When we arrived, there was a doorman who opened the doors for us to let us into the hotel lobby They were polite, well dressed Then we went to the reservations desk The lady working was absolutely wonderful, kind and helpful The first thing I noticed was the stunning ambience They had dressed up a tree with cherry blossoms which seem to be the focal point of the room Our waiter Raju (forgive me if I misspelling) was prompt, kind, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Between staring at my gorgeous wife and the amazing high ceilings and wonderful lighting. It’s safe to say that I enjoyed my view the entire meal We ordered the Caesar salad and shrimp cocktail To start I think that was the best Caesar salad I’ve ever eaten in my life My wife agrees We both ordered the fillet It was beautifully plated and tasted world class Not only will I recommend this place we’ll probably be back next week Well, it wasn’t the cheapest place in town. It was worth every single penny. With a wonderful date night we had I’ve attached some photographs
