   We live on the UWS and decided to check out this fairly new steakhouse for an early dinner on New Year's Day so it was fairly quiet. The decor is modern and comfortable. The service was attentive and helpful and the meal was outstanding! The onion soup and mac n cheese were top notch. The NY strip steak was tender and cooked to perfection. The fries were crisp and not over salted. The spinach was cooked just the right amount. Desserts of chocolate lava cake and creme brûlée were superb. We will definitely be back to taste several other items on the menu. Definitely worth the expense. Cheers!

   Visited for the first time for Sunday Brunch. Absolutely delicious! Steak and eggs with fries…steak was so tender and cooked perfectly!! Seasoned very well! My cousin had the Tuna Tartare and she loved it! PB 125 is sooooo good! We each had 2 rounds. Beautiful space…and service was top notch. Will definitely be visiting again!

   Excellent! Went here for my birthday on December 26. The venue is beautiful. Elegant and chic. Very photo worthy. The food was amazing. I had the Mac and cheese, steak with fries and spinach. Everything was fresh and large portions. Our waiter was also attentive, 5 star. They sung happy birthday to me it was a beautiful memorable experience. I will definitely be back.

   We had a wonderful experience at PB Brasserie steak house. We came to celebrate my teen daughter’s birthday and the service was top notch. I didn’t expect them to sing to her and they did! The ambiance was great and the service was really amazing. We will return.

   Cuisine delicious. Waitstaff very good. Decibel level fairly good, though as older patron, level could be even lower for easier conversation. Current maitre d’ hard working and efficient. Dined previously during soft opening and maitre d at that time exuberant and outstanding!!!

   I’ve eaten at this restaurant a couple of times and I decided to host a Kris Kringle dinner there with 30 women. It was amazing. The staff was amazing. The food was amazing and so was the music keep up the good work. I look the whole many things there in the future.
