   This is our second time visiting this location. We love the Parkside restaurant in downtown Raleigh, but we live close to this location. Our first visit when they first opened, was a huge disappointment. Service was slow, food was not what we ordered, the food we got was lukewarm, etc. So, it's been a long while since our first visit, we thought we would come here for brunch after church yesterday. The restaurant was not extremely busy, our server was very pleasant. It took 30 minutes to get our food and it was lukewarm. It's overpriced for the quality of food we got. A suggestion for the future, if you know your kitchen is running behind, at least have the courtesy to let the patrons know. People are usually much more patient if they know the kitchen is running behind. I'm pretty sure we will drive the distance to go to the one in downtown Raleigh versus a shorter trip to sub par food.

   Food wasn’t the best but the mimosas were cheap and the service was pretty good. Very nice atmosphere. I would try it once more.

   Great little hidden gem. Very friend staff... my waiter was so freaking awesome! It was a great meal at great prices.

   Great food selection. Easy parking and nice ambience. Sat my group of 5 directly next to a group of 8 LOUD women so having a conversation was a struggle. There were plenty of tables available yet they were seated next to us. Mediterranean bowl (salad) was good just a bit pricey for basic vegetables. Other guests enjoyed their dishes as well. Nice outdoor seating area available. I recommend this restaurant for all occasions & will go again.

   Food tasted great and service was friendly. They sat us right away with our reservation. However, they were severely understaffed and it took over 15 mins for a waitress to even get to our table for drink orders. We had to ask 3x for silverware. Would love to return but this isn’t the first time we’ve had to wait a while when dining here.

   We ordered the steak and fries to share. The steak was properly cooked but the fries were lukewarm. Our server Mia was very efficient and pleasant.

   We were seated promptly and our server was right there to take our beverage order. I had the meatloaf special and my wife had the protein and three. Both were delicious and we had some to take home.

    Best part about the whole experience was the food and the staff. Emmy was our waitress. She was down to earth and personable. I’m not huge on tipping just because it’s customary. I feel like you should earn your tips and she did just that. So happy she was our server. She offered items to order when we return as well. Will be returning just because of her and the delicious food. 10/10!!!!!!!
