Restaurant / Bakery in Valle de Bravo, based on the farm to table concept by chef Steve Bell, originally from Philadelphia, USA.
Solar is a space in the middle of the forest with a large terrace and a garden of more than 5 thousand meters, where there are a big playground, a greenhouse and a beautiful orchard.
They use only organic ingredients from local and fair trade producers.

Excelentes los alimentos , es concepto KM0. Es un lugar para disfrutar con amigos e ideal en familia ya que tiene un jardín con juegos muy bueno. Probablemente el mejor lugar de Avandaro para desayunar

Llegamos a las 11 y ya no había varias cosas de desayuno, ya no había pan dulce, waffles, prensa francesa etc…

Gran lugar con un concepto diferente en Valle de Bravo que bien vale la pena darse una vuelta para probar una variedad de platillos que dentro de lo sano tienen una manera en excepcional de sus sabores.

La comida es deliciosa y el servicio bastante bien. El diseño arquitectónico del restaurante está muy bien logrado, combina materiales muy simples y distintos estilos constructivos. Me encantó!
