Paranga is a seaside restaurant, set on teak decking above the rippling Mediterranean Sea. Here one is certain to find and an enticing and exclusive atmosphere where the centre of attention is the pristine and unspoiled natural culinary flavours. Chef de Cuisine Jake Mangani presents a menu characterised by superb array of stimulating and diverse Sicilian flavours interpreted in both a traditional and contemporary style. Fresh fish and shellfish arrive daily from local fishermen, creating, with certainty, a peak of individual interest or the ideal fare for a special occasion. All of which may be enjoyed with an ideally selected aperitif an impeccably paired wine, and concluded with a digestif from the wide selection on offer.

    The food was incredibly delicious! And the service was amazing, the staff were super friendly, kind and thoughtful. Huge thanks for the hospitality and lovely service. Thank you for the beautifully decorated table that added to the festive spirit. I will definitely come back to this restaurant when I return to Malta in September.

    The attention to detail in the service is absolutely superb at Paranga and we have eaten there twice and the food was delicious both times.

    The food and setting was wonderful but the server we had was sullen and wasn’t smiling making us think we had done something wrong. Other servers there were very welcoming though.

    When we got served it was very good, but we were largely ignored for the first 30 minutes. Food was excellent and the setting super.

    Beautiful setting Food was amazing- fresh fish and lovely wine All staff friendly and professional However we did have to wait a long time to receive our starters unfortunately Hence 4 stars for overall/service But would definitely recommend this restaurant
