   We dined for lunch on 14 May. Setting is very pleasant-we were on the verandah under the annex which was very wise as it was rather cold in the shade and we had an overhead heater to keep the place warm. I was disappointed that my poached eggs on sourdough arrived on cold bread which spoilt the meal,though the eggs were fine.I have never received bread as the accompaniment-always toast. Also I felt it was a bit mean to simply receive one slice of bread. To get two slices there was an extra charge-this made it all seem rather mean. Why not charge an extra 50 cents and give the customer 2 slices but don't make a point of there just being one slice per serve unless you paid more. And fancy serving bread-not toast. My 2 friends were happy with their meals but again pointed out that bread not toast spoilt it a little. One friend had eggs on ciabatta with mushroom ragu. The mushrooms were excellent as a side dish but -they were simply fried but certainly not a ragu. A few more choices of main meals would have been very welcome. The setting made up a little for the short comings. This review shows that I gave it 5 stars. I did in fqct give it 3 stars

   We came for Mother's day High Tea. Perfect setting, great food, excellent service - and even a magnificent sunny May day - who could ask for more than that!

   Mother's Day High Tea was absolutely fantastic. Bottomless scones and drinks, delicious plentiful food, and even a children's box for our 5 year old. We all had a great time and loved the food and setup. With a walk around the nursery in the sun afterwards. Highly recommend.

   A lovely place for lunch, surrounded by beautiful native plants and imaginative landscaping. We were there on Easter Monday so it was very busy but the staff were efficient and so friendly dealing with the crowds; and the food was very good.

   It's always a lovely place for brunch or lunch, the staff are always friendly and pretty attentive. I ordered the soba noodle salad with chicken, but the salad itself wasn't as tasty as the description and the dressing wasn't either. The chicken tenderloins were nice though. My chai latte was weaker than I like and wasn't enough to give much chai flavour to the milk. I'd still go back any time.

   We always enjoy paperbark. Service was great today & I love the vanilla slices . Their are definitely some weird items on the menu, however enough normal ones also to keep our group happy.
