   This was our second time at Pao. Unfortunately it did not compare to the first time. The difference was our server. This restaurant is the type that needs some guidance from your waiter. We had six people. we ordered appetizers. he brought out four dumplings and five lettuce wraps, and we had six people. would’ve been nice if he would’ve said I think you guys should do a little bit more. same thing happened with the entrées split them and they were not shareable. The portions were small. The food was OK. I will come back because the first time I came the food was excellent and my waiter was excellent.

   Disappointed the server never acknowledged my birthday celebration, it was indicated in the reservation and vocally at the start.

   Our waiter Yousif was absolutely exceptional. Made sure our group had a great time. Went with a party of 8 and everyone really enjoyed their time. Food was delicious and really nice vibes. The menu definitely changed from the last time we were there and they have it labeled for people with food allergies and even yummier food now. Highly recommended!

   Service was not good. First we were told it’s a 90 minute max time for the seating. Then we ordered drinks, appetizer and entrees and requested server to space it out. Well, appetizer arrived and then as we served first servings of that onto our plates, the entrees arrived! We were only 20 mins into our seating by this point! There’s more… for a party of two there should never be an automatic service charge - there was one of 20 percent. There’s more, but this is enough. Not going back there again! one and done!

   I wanted to like this place but it was not one of my favorites 😕 The overall experience and service was great, my waiter Jessica was great! But, the food was just not it for me. I did not like my entree, it was bland and just didn’t enjoy for the price. The corn beefed egg roll was delicious though, but you get one for $12 which is kinda insane to me. The Japanese Caesar salad was also good.

   I’ve never experienced such bad service than I did at Pao. Seated 50 mins after our reservation time, food took forever to come out (it was my birthday and i got my food after everyone else was done eating). Our waiter was rude and seemed like he didn’t care at all. After my cousin expressed our dissatisfaction with the manager, he seemed unapologetic and didn’t want to do anything for us. The food was the only thing decent.

   We celebrated a 40th birthday with dinner at PAO. The staff was super friendly and did a great job with celebrating the birthday girl even though The staff did seem spread thin at moments. The food was okay. The lamb chops was the best dish ordered. Would go back for dessert and drinks for a birthday but not for dinner.

    Terrible service. I showed up on time for reservation, they couldn’t seat me until all people arrived for the reservation, who were late, but we were willing to leave at the set time (90min), and I put my card down and was willing to pay for no shows. They offered me and my pregnant girlfriend drinks by the front door, which was constantly opening and closing making us cold and uncomfortable. How much was I surprised when they finally seated us and our table was literally 1 step away from the reception desk facing the front door; it was staying idle I’ll the time, but still they couldn’t seat us. Awful management, never seen this before.
