   We went to celebrate a birthday. The entrees were very well prices, but the drinks were pricy (especially the mocktails). The appetizers were small portions. They do a great job celebrating events- with sparklers

   I was very impressed with this place. Went after a show at the DSO and it was amazing! Decorated so beautifully for the holiday season. The service was outstanding and the food was magnificent.

   What was once a great restaurant seemingly is no more. Went in yesterday and there’s was maybe 2 other tables sat. It took 40 minutes to get our drinks and reminding them 3 times! Take your money elsewhere.

   Ambiance is great! Service is great. The appetizers were great. Main wasnt worth the prices. My dish was good my husbands was bland.

   Went to PAO for my birthday and had an experience over and beyond what I was expecting. Every single dish we ate was spot on, the drinks were well balanced and the staff did a sparkler celebration when bringing out my dessert. Would recommend to anyone with a special occasion. Staff was also very nice and accommodating.

   First, your reservation tells me to be 15 minutes early or I will be charged. We arrived 15 minutes early, mind you it is 9 degrees and snowing. We were seen standing outside, no one came to acknowledge us. Once inside; our server was less than personable. All she wanted to know was, “what’s your order and do you want dessert?” This is very disappointing, as we live this restaurant. Management, please do a “coaching moment” with your staff:

   Food quality was not good at all .. miso soup taste like water, lettuce wraps taste like they but tomato paste,  no seasoning also got vegetable eggrolls, and they were nasty also.  Had no seasoning or flavor in it.  a waste of money.   also ordered a Mojito and that was also nasty like it just tasted like it came out of a premade container. I currently live in DC so I just expect a little bit better quality but the food was just nasty. Just nasty.

    The dining experience was somewhat disappointing in terms of the food quality, which did not meet expectations. However, the ambiance of the establishment was quite lovely, contributing positively to the overall atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service from my waitress was lacking, as she did not engage in eye contact, which left a significant impression on the experience. On a more positive note, the busser exhibited kindness and attentiveness, enhancing the service aspect of my visit.
