   So this was my first time visiting I was very nervous but the atmosphere was great the service was on point from the moment of me walking in and the restaurant itself just had a nice elegant touch to it that I loved! Definitely will be back!

   I had the burrata appetizer, my date the French onion soup. These were both good. For drinks I had a smoked old fashioned to start and a non smoked afterwards. My date had a reisling then an espresso martini. She preferred a different drink over the martini but we were told after the fact that they were out of a certain liquor to make it. No big deal, we’ve had a fine evening thus far and we aren’t unreasonable. This is where the night began to shift. Our entrees took ages to come out. Couples had come in after us, sat next to us - ordered, received their full meal and left already. Finally the waiter came over acknowledged the delay & offered to bring us another round of drinks for free while we waited a little over an hour & 20 minutes at this point. When they did come, they were lukewarm at best. I got a wagyu striploin with dandelion greens and short rib potatoes au gratin. All 3 were underwhelmingly average and borderline cold. My date had the filet with truffle whipped mashed and the same greens. Hers was “warmer” bc they torched the butter on the steak tableside. We figured our food was forgotten about or missed so we understand that, but if there is that big of a delay in between app and entree you would at least expect hot food. We didn’t dare send it back for fear that it would never return. We ate and left. $200 total. Would not return.

   I must say our food was not good across the board; 6 guests in total. Food was flavorless and cold, somehow. Was not pleased. Bar service was decent and drinks were okay.

   We had a special birthday breakfast here and what a lovely time we had. The food was wonderful, with the banana and Nutella french toast being a real star. The server was lovely and the ambiance was perfect. I highly recommend this location. Also, if you are celebrating a birthday let them know for a really special treat!

   It's truly was an incredible dining experience. The food was amazing, the best filet I've ever had! Great views of canalside as well. I truly feel you won't be disappointed when dining here.

   I've been to Panorama many times in the past, but this time was pretty bad. A good server can make bad food better, but a poor server can make mediocre food terrible. Long waits as I watched my server chatting it up with other staff members and other tables. Sent back my double Grey Goose and 7 because it tasted like coffee. Something about the filet just wasn't right. Perhaps the pre-made potatoes were bad? Either way.... I won't be back anytime soon. I dont want a repeat. Sorry.
