WOW!!! What a great find in Vegas. I made my reservation for 4 people on OpenTable for a business meal with customers from Australia. Upon arriving I was greeted by Roberto, who turned out to be our waiter. Busy with conversation at our table, I asked Roberto to pick for us off the menu...whatever he would like. Before selecting for us he checked for food allergies and we had one gentleman in our party who wouldn't eat pork. When serving, Roberto was careful to position any pork dishes on the opposite end of the table from our guest. The food was absolutely to die for....super authentic! Roberto however was the real star of the show....fantastic service and a great host. I'd highly recommend Pamplona Cocktails and Tapas for anyone looking to get away from the strip and find authenticity in Las Vegas.

very good meet and black paella - very good service - waitress was very attentive and caring. At the end the evening the owner stopped by and we had a chance to chat. Thank you

Buen servicio en general. La comida de buena calidad. La carta de vinos está bastante completa con selección de La Rioja y Ribera del Duero. Es nuestra primera visita al restaurante, llegamos por recomendación de una amiga y definitivamente vamos a regresar.
