When it comes to food, Puglia is celebrated for its simple yet delicious cuisine. It is known for its excellent olive oil production,
with many olive groves dotting the landscape.

At Palmina we make everything from scratch every morning following our tradicional recipes, to give you the opportunity to explore the real italian experience.

The region's cuisine features abundant fresh seafood, often prepared in traditional Mediterranean styles. Puglia is also famous for its bread, including the iconic Altamura bread, and its pasta varieties and dishes like Braciola. Other culinary highlights include local cheeses, vegetables, and wines, such as the robust red wines made from the Primitivo grape.

Sat at the bar and received great service. The pre-fixe menu was a nice value and the food was fresh and delicious. Would definitely return!

This is our 2nd time at Palmina and both times the service has been subpar. Tonight we had to wait 45 minutes until our server finally took our food order. We had to flag her down to order, and when we did, she seemed surprised we wanted to. (What?!) The food is overall good here, but the lack of attentiveness during both of experiences here make me feel like this is not uncommon and will make me go to another restaurant when I am craving Italian. And it’s unfortunate because we live right next door to Palmina.

Wonderful evening! The best pizza I have had since living in Italy. The chef/owner and his staff were so welcoming and warm, we felt like family. Fresh burrata, perfect arugula and light and flavorful pasta. A memorable night! We will be back!!

What a hidden gem! Nico and his team are so kind and welcoming. It makes it feel like he has invited you into his home. Don’t miss the tiramisu and the pizzas.

Weird Prix Fixe menu, limited choices, poor quality of food/ingredients, most dishes had no flavor and were over salted. Only decent thing was attentive service.

Great spot in Palm Springs. Food is very good - chef was on Food Network! Wine list a little pricey but $10 for a glass of house cab was a great compromise. Would definitely go back again.
