   Im sad that the experience I had was bad like that, I usually never do reviews but I felt compelled to tell you guys futures clients just so you know what your going to maybe experience even tho I feel like every one experience can be différent. First of all the coat situation, you have to put away your coat even tho its not club time so you have to give the amount you want so they keep your coat , I just feel like the coat lady and front lady didn't say the same informations about if we should put our coat out or not , so we had to do a lot of back and forth just to have a understanding. Also they gave us the worst place ever, the servers were pacing around every second of our diner we had no intimacy to talk or what so ever. Its was horrible to experience, they took our plates right after we finished our last bite and time after time they took the places out like its was a game of whos gonna finish a table faster , even the receipt came so fast and they gave us no choice to give a tip it stared at 20 % the food was okay but you can eat that food anywhere really for cheaper and better service. Some people came before use and were still there after we ate it was that fast , mind you we were 3 ( 2 hijabis it could explain a lot ) and eat in total of 250$ combined why did I feel like I didn't enjoy and the noise was so loud because of the servers passing+ music + a mysterious buzzing sound and the had a machin just in front of use that they were using, its like we were working with them. I mean I am grateful for even being able to go to the restaurant with friends but they made there self look high end without the high end service. Its hypocritical thank you .

   Overall a good experience - I think for dinner though it’s a bit overhyped. Food is decent, but really expensive for what you get.

   My experience in Palma was amazing. The waitress attending us was very polite and caring about us. The restaurant was very pretty and had a soothing atmosphere. My favourite part was the food. My most sincere compliments go to the chef. We ordered the sweet and spicy filet mignon and it was simply delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone, it was amazing.

   Many of you who read my reviews know that I try to be as balanced in my reviews as possible, I do not do "revenge" reviews but try to offer perspective - so here it goes - I had a party of 8 celebrating my wife's 60th birthday - note if you are over 50 there are probably better venues and this is not the venue for us. Another OpenTable member said it best below in her review: "This restaurant follows the cookie cutter supper club mould, so it has its quintessential components: skimpy waitress outfit for waitresses that probably had to pass an undisclosed beauty test, average food at a high price (to be fair, they offer a reasonably priced table d'hôte; otherwise I'd felt even more bamboozled), mandatory coat check, music so loud you're shouting at your guests, interesting combination of having my wine glass topped off repeatedly (to make sure we vacate in 2 hours?) but waiting a long time for the main course and having to ask to get my water glass refilled, being told they need our table in 15 mins but still waiting for dessert. To be fair, our waiter was nice and cordial but this place is for folks who value the "see and be seen" type of restaurant vs the experience of delicious good food combined with great service." The above pretty much sums up our experience as well. I would also add to the manager - "know your clientele" - know the difference between kids who want to be seen at the club and those who, well write reviews like this...overall I suggest being cautious when making your restaurant selection at his point - do your homework.,.

    Excellent seafood tower, excellent meal overall! Table time is too short for all the goodies to enjoy!!!
