   Je suis déçu que notre serveuse voulait nous charger 275$ quand nous avions déjà payé à l’avance pour le menu des fêtes qui était 165$ chaque personne. Nous devions seulement payé un Chablis à 90$ donc c’était déraisonnable comme facture et elle nous a obstiner longtemps. Pour finalement, rien dire et remettre le bon montant. Par la suite, j’ai dû insisté pour nos repas, nous avons été servi deux heures plus tard. Finalement , nous avons jamais reçu notre dessert qui était supposé être inclus. Donc, malheureusement pour prendre un verre c’est bien mais manger ce ne fut pas une très belle expérience.

   What was suppose to be a friend's outing ended as a disaster. Bill came we gave 15% of the total she came back saying there was 5$ missing, i gave the 5$ even though i know the tip was 15% and after checking the bill i saw they still charge the tps.

   Im sad that the experience I had was bad like that, I usually never do reviews but I felt compelled to tell you guys futures clients just so you know what your going to maybe experience even tho I feel like every one experience can be différent. First of all the coat situation, you have to put away your coat even tho its not club time so you have to give the amount you want so they keep your coat , I just feel like the coat lady and front lady didn't say the same informations about if we should put our coat out or not , so we had to do a lot of back and forth just to have a understanding. Also they gave us the worst place ever, the servers were pacing around every second of our diner we had no intimacy to talk or what so ever. Its was horrible to experience, they took our plates right after we finished our last bite and time after time they took the places out like its was a game of whos gonna finish a table faster , even the receipt came so fast and they gave us no choice to give a tip it stared at 20 % the food was okay but you can eat that food anywhere really for cheaper and better service. Some people came before use and were still there after we ate it was that fast , mind you we were 3 ( 2 hijabis it could explain a lot ) and eat in total of 250$ combined why did I feel like I didn't enjoy and the noise was so loud because of the servers passing+ music + a mysterious buzzing sound and the had a machin just in front of use that they were using, its like we were working with them. I mean I am grateful for even being able to go to the restaurant with friends but they made there self look high end without the high end service. Its hypocritical thank you .

   Overall a good experience - I think for dinner though it’s a bit overhyped. Food is decent, but really expensive for what you get.

   My experience in Palma was amazing. The waitress attending us was very polite and caring about us. The restaurant was very pretty and had a soothing atmosphere. My favourite part was the food. My most sincere compliments go to the chef. We ordered the sweet and spicy filet mignon and it was simply delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone, it was amazing.

    Bel ambiance et décor magnifique Super service reçu Reservation 2030 Délai important avant de recevoir nos plats mais plusieurs party de Noël Tres bruyant à partir de 23h Nous y retournerons assurément mais avec réservation plus tôt
