   Although the food was great and the manager accommodated us on a table change, the service was terrible. We waited over 15 minutes for anyone to come to talk us. When they did, it was only to ask if we wanted water. It was another 10 minutes at least before anyone came to take our drink order. Even then, the server, who worked up front, would not look us in the eye, spoke so softly it was hard to hear in the crowded room and did not ask if we wanted starters. By this time, we had waited a half an hour and were worried we wouldn't make our show. Finally, when the server came back, my mother ordered the three course theatre dinner, but didn't even have time to get her dessert. All in all, our dinner for two people took two hours and others were getting service before us even though they were seated after. I would not recommend even though the food was very good. No other person from the establishment came to check on us, even though they seemed to notice we were not given the best service. Save your money.

   Excellent service. Very friendly staff and quick service even though it was very busy. Food was delicious. We had steak , beef bourguignon and bouillabaisse. All incredible.

   Went for a meal this evening ( 28/12 ) after going to ballet which we also did last December 23. The quality ,service and atmosphere as good as last year. Very convenient if you are in Covent Garden. Would recommend this restaurant highly.

   The food was simply awful. Onion soup insipid, filo pastry starter made elsewhere, fish watery and tasteless, a joke of a cassoulet. Truly don't understand other reviews. The worst meal we had in years!

   We had an issue with our main courses as it appeared they had sat for a while since cooked and needed warming up. The restaurant was busy and a reheat would have sufficed but our waitress finally returned with freshly cooked meals - exceptional! My wife’s birthday and a lovely and special evening.

   The restaurant was very much in demand as it was 23 Dec and practically Christmas. We were a party of 6 and I was extremely pleased with the level of service, standard of food and atmosphere even though they must have been under a lot of pressure. We were made to feel welcome and well looked after.

   Food outstanding. Service also outstanding. Priced very well considering it is fine dining. French onion soup was delicious a d steak and frittes superb. Highly recommend

    We visit Palm Court everytime we are in London and it never fails to impress. Food is always spot on, service is always great. We love it and always recommend to family and friends.
