   New Year’s Eve with our son. Atmosphere was fine; however, my son ordered the prime rib, and it was terrible! Our dinners were very good. They didn’t charge us for our son’s dinner, and they apologized. Will still go back!

   Wonderful New Years Eve Dinner and Dancing. We enjoyed everything about the experience and will returns if the band OnesAll plays again.

   The food was excellent. we enjoyed it. The cook is really good. The servers were nice and charismatic. the atmosphere of the dinning room was wonderful. Great meal choices.

   Without the Gold Room Westward Look is no longer a desired location for a special occasion dinner. The Palm Room is not a good substitution & lacks the charm that the Gold Room always had. And, the lack of the beautiful panaramic view was even more disappointing

   Worst dining experience we've ever had! Do not book here! First, we were seated in the bar, on Christmas Eve, dressed for a elegant night out. We had to request to be seated somewhere else which the hostess did. But the dining room was brightly lit, like day time. Apparently the lights can't be turned down, we and other tables asked. After a 30 minute wait, our appetizers came out - after various wait staff walked around 3 times looking for our table! They were under cooked and cold! At that point we decided to leave. We couldn't imagine ordering dinner! This was our special Christmas eve out! Never been so disappointed. Management needs a radical change. Our waitress did her best as they were under staffed for the night, she was doing her best and we treated her well.

   Rarely so I (we) ever have to post a less that satisfactory experience when posting. The vast majority are very positive & excited to spread good news. Sadly, this was not a great experience. My husband & girlfriend of mine & I had dinner on Christmas Eve and they had wonderful entertainment, a moderate # of tables/customers. We ordered an app, followed by the “special” Prime Rib, and our guest ordered a lovely salmon dinner. We ordered our prime rib, after asking if it wound be cooked to our preference (MR) and we were assured. When our entrees were ordered & then delivered (for lack of a nicer way deposited), my husband & I looked at each other as what we received was at best well done as opposed to MR. At no point after food arrived did anyone come back to our table to see if our Previous me Rib was to our liking. After we were clearly done ( we moved our dishes aside) did anyone come back. Finally, the person that identified herself as the Food & Beverage Mgr. - stopped by to clear our plates, was distract fully chomping …. We thought perhaps eating something as she exited from the kitchen. But, no, after dropping off our dishes, she literally walked up to the other 10 or 11 tables …literally chomping with her mouth wide open maybe gum…or, gummies!?!? Whatever… I’m sure no-one that she approached appreciated that and, if really a F & B Mgr.- she certainly sets no example at all for staff. BTW- we are local residents and years ago, we used to come often when they had The Gold Room for special occasions. We randomly stopped by to meet friends for Happy Hr about 2 weeks prior to this experience. No question the quality of food, service and attention to detail is long gone. Very sad … but, definitely not with a $200.00 dining experience for 3 with wine and dinner… Not even close. There are too many other restaurants that would be more welcoming and would value you as a client.

   We were very disappointed because I thought I made Thanksgiving reservations for the buffet, only to find out when I got there at my reservation time that the buffet closed down an hour earlier. When I made the reservation on open table the buffet menu did not specify hours of operation. So we had to settle for the regular dinner menu. The food was just average and over priced for the quality.
