   Very nice ambiance going in. It’s hard to find the location but almost looks like you’re walking into a secretive restaurant. Food was outstanding, would highly recommend everyone to come here.

   Tess is a superstar! She is friendly and efficient and patient as we sipped our cocktails before ordering our dinner. We are quick to choose Palace Prime for our special occasions. We can always depend on excellent food service and ambiance.

   We decided to try a new place in Santa Fe - we immediately wondered why we had not been here before. Atmosphere was charming and romantic. Service was exceptional - there always seemed to be someone there to tend to our needs. Tess was our server - personable, friendly, patient and charming. Christina was our wine expert - personable, patient, focused on making out wine selection perfect. The entire staff was exceptional. My wife had the hamburger; when not cooked rare enough the staff immediately responded and several staff went out of their way to correct the problem. My Branzino was perfectly cooked, I celebrated my post-birthday with staff who were attentive and caring. The food and service earned this experience a 5-star review.... we intend to return!

   Our dinner comprised several small plates -- all of which were very filling and delicious! We love Chef Angel's culinary creations. Austin was a gracious host, as always, and our server, Antonio, was attentive but never pushy. Special kudos go to the two bartenders who heeded our drink requests during dinner and then created a special cocktail specifically for us as a coda to the meal.

   Food was good, a little slow on service as most places nowadays. Business meal, so having music in background is not as conducive for meetings.
